Actor Rithvik Dhanjani, who has been a part of many reality shows, says that the key to enjoying them is to not lose your cool. Due to constant scrutiny and elimination rounds, these shows can often cause stress, but the actor says that it is important to not let this bother you.

"I feel it is very important to keep calm during these shows. You shouldn't just look at the marks which you are getting. It is important to concentrate on what you are expected to do," says Rithvik, who will now be hosting an upcoming celebrity dance reality show.

While he has been part of fiction shows in the past, Rithvik says that he enjoys reality shows more. "I feel these shows allow you to be yourself, this is why I like to be part of them. Also, reality shows have a much bigger reach and provide a bigger platform for an actor," says Rithvik, who has earlier been a part of dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Although Rithvik is carefully weighing his options regarding future projects, he does not want to write off anything as of now. "I don't want to say no to anything right now. However, I am on the lookout for smart scripts and stories where my role has weightage," he says, adding, "Having said that, I would not want to be a part sass-bahu sagas. These are not realistic and it gets tough for me to relate to my role."
