Nikita Sharma bags Asha Negi’s role

Asha Negi, who was almost finalised to play the parallel lead Anusha in the TV show Mohi — the Hindi remake of the Bengali show Ishti Kutum — opted out after realising that the character isn't as promising as she thought it would be. This sent the production house in a tizzy as they had to finalise a new girl in a record time. We hear that the role, which was also offered to Krystle D'souza, has now gone to actress Nikita Sharma, the heroine of Do Dil Ek Jaan. Karan Sharma plays the male lead.
